What is it? An intentional virtual space designed for group practice owners who are navigating the delicate balance of responsibility, values, and impact while seeking genuine connection with fellow leaders who understand the challenges of values-aligned leadership.

Leading a team in alignment with your values can feel both rewarding and overwhelming. This consultation group offers you a place to connect with other leaders who truly understand these tensions, while receiving support and strategy rooted in trauma-informed approaches.

We believe in creating collaborative cultures that reclaim joy and sustain vision, moving beyond performative policies to tend to the relational ecosystems that matter most. You'll leave each session feeling less alone and more resourced to support your team with intention.

Structure: Each 60-minute bi-weekly session provides space to bring your current leadership and team management challenges. Together, with insights from fellow group members and facilitation by Poonam and Julianne, we explore strategies and solutions that are both practical and aligned with trauma-informed principles.

Topics Might Include:

  • An introduction to our trauma-informed Cultivate TRUST model

  • Upholding a work culture of compassionate accountability

  • Navigating difficult conversations with underperforming team members

  • Managing your own capacity while supporting your team's needs

  • Deepening your self-trust and confidence as a leader

  • Building psychological safety when you're feeling unsafe as a leader

  • Whatever team management challenges will best support you as a group practice owner

Resources: We'll also include resources based on what was discussed during each session.

Cost: $75 per person for a 60-minute bi-weekly group. We'd ask everyone in advance to commit to all 12 sessions, and payment would occur every month regardless of missed sessions.

Size: We limit the size to 6-8 participants to ensure the best experience possible.
