How to Cultivate TRUST in Your Group Practice or Organization: A Trauma-informed Leadership Model to Transform Your Work Culture
You wanted to serve people, not spend your days putting out fires.
Yet here you are, leading your group practice, or your team, and that particular exhaustion has set in. The one that comes from caring deeply while feeling constantly behind, where your dedication starts to feel like depletion.
Leadership stops being an extension of who you are and starts feeling like a mask you can't take off.
We've been there. After years of leading large teams in mental health, we created the Cultivate TRUST model from understanding what it means to lead while human.
Your work culture is your relationships repeated at scale. When you have a methodology for navigating those relationships, leadership becomes less depleting and more sustainable.
Cultivate TRUST is a trauma-informed leadership model that guides you in leading with intention and understanding the energetics of working relationships.
This methodology offers you and your clinicial leaders a way to conceptualize where you want to grow while providing concrete steps to resolve common challenges. When you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed by a team dynamic, this framework becomes your compass back to clarity and connection.
Just like when a clinical team walks through a case using a clinical modality, you as a leadership team can walk through an team management issue using this model to help you identify where you might be stuck.
Creating a culture of TRUST increases team performance, enhances psychological safety, and leads to better clinical outcomes. When you're on the frontlines of our community's future, building a team that feels genuinely supported becomes an act of shared stewardship.
Do you relate?
You're a group practice owner, clinical leader, or part of a leadership team navigating relational dynamics without a clear methodology
You want to hold people accountable without damaging trust, but you're not sure how to do both
You've had conversations that didn't create change, and now you're avoiding bringing it up again
You question yourself constantly: Am I being too rigid? Too accommodating? Am I failing my team?
You notice disconnection or disengagement but don't know how to repair it without making things worse
You're exhausted from carrying work culture alone while trying to create the supportive workplace you never had
Leadership feels isolating because you're holding decisions and dynamics that few others understand
You care deeply about your team's wellbeing, but your own dedication is starting to feel like depletion
More than any other factor, relationships at work predict team performance.
When you cultivate TRUST with your team, overwhelm shifts into connection and disengagement becomes shared purpose.

If we're being honest, this work wasn't meant to be carried alone.
We know because we were you, managing large teams with complex needs while feeling under-resourced and stretched beyond capacity.
When we felt like we didn't have what we needed, we discovered the power of relationships and psychological safety in creating workplaces where people want to stay and contribute.
Strengthening your workplace relationships by Cultivating TRUST is available to you too, and we'd be honored to share it with you.
Course Objectives:
Navigate difficult conversations about accountability, policies, and expectations in ways that preserve trust instead of creating distance
Mend relationship ruptures with your team when they happen (and they will) without compromising your boundaries or their dignity
Create a work culture where your team takes shared responsibility for trust and connection, not just you carrying it alone
Understand what gets activated in you during challenging team moments so you can stay grounded instead of reactive or second-guessing every decision

Let's cultivate leadership that honors both your humanity and your effectiveness, creating work cultures that sustain rather than deplete.
"This course was truly transformative. It not only challenges you to explore your pre-conceived notions of leadership but also validates your past and current experiences and then provides you with skills to be better. In our field, we caution the provider who believes they have learned everything because we are perpetually on a journey of self-exploration and growth. This is the same with our ability to lead. I would tell anyone who is reluctant to take this course that they have the opportunity to be a better leader, to have better work relationships with staff, and to experience joy when coming to work."
