While the Cultivate TRUST journey unfolds across three intentional phases, we know that no two group practices are the same. The structure of your team, your capacity, and your budget all shape how this journey can and should unfold for you.
That’s why we approach each phase not as a rigid curriculum, but as a menu of possibilities.

We won't move services out of order, because the arc of these phases builds trust in a way that’s intentional and necessary. But we will collaborate with you to decide which services belong in each phase, based on what will best serve your team's growth and the vision you have for your cultural ecosystem.
You’re not locked into all phases or services. Some group practices choose to move through all three phases with us. Others pause based on their goals, capacity, or internal needs. We’ll support you in making the decision that’s right for you and your team, there’s no pressure, only partnership.
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of each phase. Final costs for some services vary depending on your team size, selected services, and the depth of support you need.

Phase 1
The Goal:
Translate your group practice values into tangible practices and sustainable structures that support your work culture. In this phase, we focus on building your capacity as a leader and deepening your relational skills with your team. Training is personalized based on assessment data and your practice's evolving needs, helping you develop systems that reflect your values while supporting your sustainability as the primary culture steward.

A 60-minute dedicated space for owners to address immediate needs and receive attuned leadership support to tend to complex dynamics or accountability concerns.
Investment: $333.33 per session (if this is your first time working with us, we ask you to commit to 3 sessions ($1,000) so we can get to know your leadership style and support you with the full picture).

A series of 3 sessions that includes learning our trauma-informed leadership model
Investment: $1,000 for three 60 minute sessions

In this phase, you will have a deeper understanding of your individual leadership identity through our Cultivate TRUST model. This foundation enhances your self-awareness, reveals your relational patterns, and supports more intentional leadership with your team. You'll develop language and skills to navigate trust, power dynamics, and repair in your leadership approach, encouraging openness rather than blame or shame in your practice culture. This phase strengthens your capacity as the primary culture steward while preparing you to guide your team in co-creating the culture you envision.

Phase 2
The Goal:
Create a foundation of psychological safety where you can explore your leadership strengths, blind spots, and relational patterns. Our assessments and facilitated conversations invite honest self-reflection while helping you understand your unique approach to leading and cultivating culture. You'll develop language and skills to navigate trust, power dynamics, and repair in leadership, building the capacity for openness rather than blame or shame in your practice.

The Goal
Integrate your leadership development into daily practice while empowering your team to co-create culture with you. This phase focuses on helping you implement trust-building systems and relational practices that create a self-sustaining cultural ecosystem, allowing repair and growth to happen organically while reducing the emotional load you carry as the sole culture keeper.
